Mott, Matthew Hall, Charles Davey and John Hitching (iii) William
Spitty yeoman, all of Wethersfield, as trustees.
Franklins Fen (cont. 5 ac.) lying between lands formerly of Rich.
Walford called Holles Croft on the E., and lands formerly of John
Youngman called Mansfield on the W., one head abutting on lands
formerly of John King called Lightwaters and lands formerly of
Richard Harward called Shortlands on the S., and the other head
abutting on lands sometime of John Youngman called Torrington on
the N., which property was late in occupation of John West with
right of way along a piece of land called Brownsfield in
occupation of Thomas Hardy, over lands called Lightwaters and
Watsons Croft, (which latter in occ.of Benjamin Wedd) unto lane
called Grange Lane.
