Hardwick of Prittlewell, tanner, William Wade of Great Stambridge,
farmer, and John Wade of Rochford, carpenter; (iii) Sir Richard
Neave of Albemarle Street (co. Middx), bart; (iv) Golden Nehemiah
Prentice of Prittlewell, gent.
Woodland (3 a.) in Thundersley and Rayleigh, abutting E. and S. on
woodland belonging to Francis Fane, esq., and W. and N. on land
belonging to Sir Richard Neave
Covenant to levy a Fine to bar the dower of Eliz., wife of Tho.
Spitty
Recites: (a) Articles of Agreement, 2 May 1800, whereby Tho.
Spitty agreed to convey 2 pieces of woodland in Thurndersley and
Rayleigh to use of (ii) or to use of such person as (ii) should
appoint, before 25 March 1801; (b) since execution of said
Articles of Agreement (ii) have cut down and sold all the timber
growing on aforesaid property; (c) (ii) have contracted with (iii)
for sale of aforesaid property
